Thread: How I upload pic using https ?

Hi pleas how can I upload pic to put it (https) instead of http . Because I want to put header on my paypal acount and they want me to do this ((Header Image URL - Please specify an image that is a maximum size of 750 pixels wide by 90 pixels high. Larger images will be cut to this size. The image you choose will appear at the top left of the payment page. We recommend providing an image only if it is stored on a secure (https) server. ))

??? Everyone has an image in his PayPal page, and not one has a SSL certificate...
