Thread: pngfix.***?

Hi Everybody,

My awstats indicates that the my most viewed page is " pngfix.*** "
What does it mean?
(Sounds ominous...)

Its a file that fixes a browser to display images that are .png with clear backgrounds. .gif was the most common however, the trademark or copyright for that was not reissued so IE and others quit displaying it as transparent on the latest updates. So if you used bv to create your site some of the images are .png and it allows them to appear transparent so whatever you used is seen as you intended it to by others.
