Background not showiing

I have added a picture background but in IE it doesn't show. Please advise why it's not showing.

HI,

Open your IE browser and goto options.
Select advance and check all the checkboxes to allow for images to be displayed.

I think the problem is somewhere in there.

What is the size of your image?
