Hi i just signed up and paid my fees for my domain name etc although when i go to publish my site i get ...

Error 12014 ?

Any ideas i have definatly paid i have the receipt from pay pal.

I had a flick through some help files and it says allow 24 hours to activate.

A 12014 error is a password error.
Be sure that you are using the cPanel username and password to publish your page. Also, be sure that you are publishing to the correct IP address.

Both of these details are sent to you in an email (Welcome/Confirmation)when we create your account.
If you have not yet received this email, your account is still being created, and it will be sent to you shortly. (It is suggested practice that you print out a couple copies for safekeeping, and save the copy in your inbox in a special folder).

Your PayPal receipt is merely acknowledgement of the transaction, not the creation of a hosting account..... a bit of patience is required!
