i need to know how to make updates to your website while it is online. and i also need to know how to make my own forums.

To update your website, you open the page to be updated, make the changes you wish, save the page, and then publish it. As long as you keep the same page name, it will overwrite the old page.

There's a couple of different forums that comes with Fantastico, such as phpBB (in your C-Panel)

Other forum software is IPB.

I've used both of these and they are pretty easy to learn.
