I have a real estate website with a page where the user can contact me by sending me a message. However, I wanted to know how can they send me photos of the houses, apartments they have to sell, directlly from my website.

I'ts not possible to have your costumers/anouncers publishing photos to your website directly.

They must send you pictures by e-mail, and you will then put them in your site, in the right place.

I agree with Lcoisas email is the simplest and better choice,

however you have to inform your potential sellers to limit the size of their photos to a certain size other wise you will have problems with huge photos being sent to you.

It is not about "Big is Beautiful", it is about limitations imposed by your IP Service Provider for images transmitted by email. In some countries they are a real Scrooge.

You can create a form and 1 or more of the fields can be an upload field
which will upload your client pic's from your website to your server.
