I currently have BlueVoda website builder on my computer" I have also published my website", what I would like to know is if I download another copy onto a second computer will I have to register again-The reason being so I can manage my website from either computer

No, you can have as many copies of bluevoda as you wish.
As you have PUBLISHED your website then you can do as you mentioned above.....just make sure that you copy across your bv folder AND your images file.

You can download BV onto your new machine here.
You will have to transfer/copy your BV files over to your new machine & any images. You might have to put the images on the BV pages again on your new computer as the images might not have the same path to where they were on your old machine.
