does any1 know how to link a map to text on a website? I need it to automatically go to the correct location.
Any help will be much appreciated.

What you said is exactly what i want to do, but I need to know how to link it to the text on my site. And how to make it search automatically.
They do it on yell.com only they use their own map (I dont need to use my own map, I will use google).

Ah! for an automated search of something like google maps will require quite a complicated script being made to accomplish this. If its to have an area on your site to pop up a list of air con company's in the UK, there are many facility's that sites like Yell.com offer to place a search on your own site. LINK
There are also scripts out there that may let you do this for your self.

Hi, i am not suggesting this script. But for an idea, you would need something like this script & ask them if its possible to add some fields to enable the facility you want of a google map with each posting.
But have a search on Google for links scripts. Someone may already have this facility.

Would using "hotspots" on your map to take them to appropiate pages not work.................
