Thread: Creating New Directory

This may sound really stupid but how do I create a new directory for my website in Blue Voda? For instance if I want a directory for images with a picture of a bird within it ie mysite.com/images/bird-picture.html how do I create the images directory?
Thanks in advance from a dumb website builder.

BV Main menu>Tools>FTP Manager, connect to site.
When connected, click on right hand side to highlight this side of the page to say you are working on the server side of the screen.
From main menu select File>New Folder. Name the folder/Directory images & press ok.
You can now publish or upload to public_html/images/
Your links would now be www.yoursite.com/images/newpage.html or www.yoursite.com/images/newimage.jpg

Thanks very much, that worked perfectly. I couldn't find this information in any of the tutorials. Did I miss something or is this a topic that would be useful to others?

Pleasure! There are quite a few tutorials not up & running yet. But i'm sure VH/BV will get around to them.
