Thread: transferring

I love the ease of using the BV software. I am having trouble adding a domain name, however. I called Network solutions several days ago and had www.redhawk-archery.com transferred to BV dns1 & 2.
After watching all of the tutorials again, I transferred it to ns3 &4. I have opened a "fast transfer" but get a notice that the website is locked. It should be locked to BV (?)
Also the domain name section says I have no domains registered. Does it not see www.zone5pix.com ?
I am really struggling with this and could use some words of encouragement. The redhawk website has been offline since Sunday. Is that a normal amount of time?

Is your main domain in vodahost zone5pix.com ? if yes , your DNS is ns5.vodahost.com and ns.6 vodahost.com , so point your addon domain to the same dns as your main domain and make sure you add your addon domain in control panel
