Hi can someone tell me what page transitions is & what i may need it for

A page transition only works in Explorer. What it does is add special effects to the page loading.. like circles or fades, or comes in like blinds or shutters. Its just fancy stuff, your choice to use it or not.

Can you help i have my site up & running ( great ) but i need to insert a page to confirm the order (success page) is it made the same ? and what URL do i put & hahahaha i lost that part that you put your url in, i cant find it. my site is life-4-u.com & i have named that new page orders so what will my url be for that page.

Yes.. if thats what you named it.. /orders.html if the script will work with it.. otherwise name it success.

Please be cautious with page transitions as they tend to delay the user from getting to the actual content you are providing. I can only speak for myself but if I see too many page transitions it turns me off.

Most retail sites do not use use them, however.....they are very effective on personal sites.

I have a small problem i am trying link my new pages but no go, I have used the glass buttons and when the box with the url's come up the top url is for the page i am on (correct)? like www.life-4-u.com/index.html if i am on my index page, then if i am on the history button (on the index page) my url should be www.life-4-u.com/history.html to link it to the histry page is this correct. If it is then why can i not go to this page ?
