    Question Blue screen

    Hi everybody,

I´m new here & have installed Blue Voda a few weeks ago. I´ve got a rather new system which has Vista running on it. Lately the program seems to be having problems when I save a file or when I try to change between one item I´m working on to another that I want to make a change in.

The screen turns to a transparent white, and goes into a continuous loop; seems as if it is trying to write to disk or memory and ¨program not responding¨appears in the title bar.

    What is wrong?

Can I reinstall the program again without having to worry about loosing my files if they are in sub-directory of bluevoda?

In Vista this is often a permissions issue. It runs like a server.. so when you start bv.. right click and run as administrator.

To run as an administrator means that you have all RIGHTS to execute the program on the computer, including internet connection. Its one of the built in safe guards started in XP as USER accounts. Even if you didnt install USERS or add USERS in Vista, its programmed as if you do. So.. running as administrator gives the programs all access to the hard drive etc. It may block bv from performing properly the normal way.
