Problems getting video tutorials to run

BV video tutorials won't run, page comes up community forum. I down loaded update 10.12 saved and restart my computer. Same comunity forum page came up when i pressed one of the video icons. Uninstalled BV and down loaded BV10.12 and the same community forum page came up .Downloaded flash player and stll can't get Video to run. Can anyone make a suggestion to help.
