To make a forum, you have to install one of the ones in your cpanel in fantastico, or, you could install your own, much more difficult if you are new.

You can ADD more URL's/Domains to your account by using the ADDON icon in control panel. Same for subdomains(subdomain icon). If youve decided you dont want your current domain, you can put in a support ticket to have your account reset.
