Thread: using guestbook

I'm trying to include the "guestbook" in my contact page, but I don't get how it works.
Please view my "Contact Us" page and tell me what I need to do to make it work.

And how do I obtain information if someone uses my guestbook?

See the error message at the bottom of my guestbook window. What do I do there?
It reads the following:

not sure using the guestbook, but would think that you did not save the page with php extension. click on page properties, and check the file extension and make sure you save and published this page with php extension. when i looked at your page it has a html extension. now remember all your links to this page should use the php extension instead of the html. you use your email address to send the information to that destination. again i don't use the guestbook tool, but i am sure that you have to use the php.
