Hi, Can anyone tell me how to locate my cp please the buttons at the bottom of my web page set do not work and I need to be able to get into it.

I am so sorry to be such a pain I have forgot my password to be able to enter my control panel.
alisonarty****.com , is the password the same as for in here, because it will not work.

the password is the same as the one you use to publish your website.
make sure you use the right IP, or go to www.yourdomain/cpanel

I need to be able to find the password to be able to get into my control panel and publish my web site.

I see,do you have vodahost account?
usually the password & user name come together with welcoming email from vodahost when you just sign up your account

Hi, Yes I do have an account, I have had a look for the email with this information but can not find it.
What can I do now please?
I have just found the e mail of my order confirmation the user name and password are ajlamond****.com- password cahngeme. I have used this but it does'nt work

are you sure ajlamond****.com is your username according to vodahost welcome email ? Seems a bit strange. Have a look again at your welcome email.
