Simple enough, so whats your question? Have you watched the videos? They will walk you through the proccess of creating your pages and linking them together. What you are really takling about has nothing to do with forms, just pages and linking.
what i want is to have the book info to be displayed to the right of the dropdown menu all on the same page
you can use an Iframe to achieve this...............
could u tell me how as i seem to not be able to, sorry.
Go here and watch the video it will explain it to you. http://www.vodahost.com/vodatalk/add...a-webpage.html
i give up no one seem to get what i want
We're not going to do it for you, you have to put in the work (read the threads and watch the videos)! Unless you want to pay to have your site built then you can post in the freelance forum.
ok give me the link to the video that show me how to make text display when i click on a link in a dropdown menu, so they r both on the same page coz i have seen all the videos and none tell me that,
Look at the link I gave, you have to use it in conjunction with linking pages from a drop down menu. No one video can possibly have every example of everything everybody wants to do. So mix and match to get what you want, then if you run into a specific problem with an element we can help.
i have the two on the page but i dont know how to link them thats why i came here hope someone could help me, i've bin trying for 8 hours now, i've look all round the forum and googled it i can not find how to do this
Ok if you have the two pages built on the page you want the inline frame to show on, insert the inline frame (I-frame) size it to what you want. Name it if1 in the I-frame properties, then in the URL add the link for the 1st page you want to show. http://www.yoursite.com/page.html
In the menu you can add all the links to all the pages (you want to show, including the 1st one in the first link) and in the target area type in if1 (do this for each link)
Note that no link will work until the pages are published. Nad BV can only be published with a VodaHost account.
that was the one bit that was stumping me, the videos dont say that u can type in the target box now it all makes sense, thank u so much
P.S. is there any way to stop the initial text from displaying in with the links, i know it will always be at the top i just dont want it in with the links.
Just don't add a link to it, and delete the http:// portion in the URL box
