right click on a blank spot of your page and click "page html"
you will see tabs.. put between head tags.

Ok, Ive got that part done, but its not showing up.. I saved the pic to right click, page properties, and then favorite icon? Im assuming that is not correct, because I dont see it lol

I had the same issue. I then changed the file from favicon.ico to faviconk.ico (saved in a folder/folder from my desktop and it worked. (16x16)
