I would like just to ask for clarification. To build my website vodahost will give me all out support into it till it is ready for publication. Once it is ready to operate (my own website) that would be the time that I will avail of your services for web hosting depending upon the options you offer. When payment has been made that will be the time my website goes fully online, is that it? Thanks.

Hi, assuming you are using Bluevoda to build your site? This can be done 95% off line. But a few things like some of the links wont fully work until you are actually live.
If you are thinking of using Soho, you will need an account 1st as this is operated live & via the server.
But once you made you site & got your account, you can publish your site & be live on the web within seconds.
