About LinkBacksHi,
I have a form made by BV wizard at http://www.advancedmakeoverclinics.c...tact_form6.php
The problem is that after the form is filled out, it e-mail only the top 5 text boxes' info to me and leaves the bottom 8 text boxes' info away?
Why is this? Is my form too small?

Click on a box in your form and a blue outline of your form should appear, make sure everything is in the bounderies of the form area.
