I am trying to publish my website in Russian, and it just looks funny the characters aren't recognized. I have it set to accept foreign character sets and everything. What can I do?

Can you give us the URL so we can see what's going on?

Make sure you're using a websafe font, preferably arial, times new roman or courier. Many fonts cannot handle unicode special characters.

BlueVoda Using Different Languages

To use other languages in BlueVoda besides English, please follow
the below instructions.

1) Open up Bluevoda
2) Select Tools from the menubar
3) In Tools select Options
4) The below box will appear
5) Tick Enable UNICODE
6) Press OK

Seems like BV doesn't recognize cyrillic script.
Try to publish in WordPress - it works with all the languages!
