About LinkBacksI am trying to publish my website in Russian, and it just looks funny the characters aren't recognized. I have it set to accept foreign character sets and everything. What can I do?

Make sure you're using a websafe font, preferably arial, times new roman or courier. Many fonts cannot handle unicode special characters.

Seems like BV doesn't recognize cyrillic script.
Try to publish in WordPress - it works with all the languages!
