Thread: unable to access FTP manager from tool bar

I usually am able to access the FTP manager from my "tools" option and then then click on ftp manager and the page opens up, but today it wont.
Yesterday I downloaded 10.2 version of B.V. could that have made any difference?
I need to access the ftp manager so how do I do that?
For example if I want to delete unwanted guestbook messages I need to go to ftp manger to do it, today I cant, please help

downloading the new version should not have made a difference, it is probably your antivirus program blocking that part of the new install. For the guest book you do not go to your ftp manager to delete them you can login to your guest book right from your site, if you do not have a login at the bottom of your guest book page go back to the one in BV, in the properties select show admin link, set your password, save and republish. Then you will be able to login anytime and delte the unwanted messages.
