Exclamation Need help with RSS Feeds

Is there a tutorial on how to make the rss feed work in my website. Everytime I use a url with rxx feeds, I get the following code.

RSS Feed

What are you trying to do with the rss feed? display the content of the feed itself or link to it?

Feed burner may be one solution.. it will display the headlines for you.

Can you link to a page you are trying to display it on?

Yes, I want to display the headlines of other related feeds on a designated page on my website. What I am trying to do is someone clicks on the rss logo on my main page, a pop up page within my site will appear with the headlines from other sites and they can click on the headlines to access the articles.

I am totally new to this but from what I have read on the internet, I believe this tool is how it is done. It is described as a simple process, but maybe there is something else that needs to be done. If I need a feed burner, please tell me a little more about it. Like I said, I am a newbie.
