Thread: Sound problems

I havebackground sound to my page. When I open my page with internet explorer I can hear that sound. But when I open it with mozilla firefox my page has NO sound. Why? How can I fix that so that it will always have sound?

You cant. Theres a plugin needed on the firefox browser that will allow this. If its not installed it wont play the music.

Its written this way on purpose. TONS of people hate background music on a website because they cant shut it off. Thats why we recommend you dont do it. They may be at work.. or they may just not like your selection.. and if they are trying to concentrate.. it gets VERY annoying

Thanks Karen, I understand and agree with what you wrote....well in my case my page is about my friend who sings in that background music and I liked his page with one of his songs playing, always thought that comps have a mute button in cas you don´t want to hear anything...I guess I could think of adding it in a different way ....thanks for your help!

Yes.. it does.. but then youd MUTE everything.
