About LinkBacksIs it possible to import from MS Excel a spreadsheet and all the info on it into one or more of the pages? if so how? I have tried the copy and pasting bit but that don't work any ideas pls.

You can use the Insert> Advanced> Embedded OLE Object tool, but this isn't really designed for a large file. It's worth playing with just to see how well it works.
