Thread: Box ticked, but page not centered

Have tried to find this in the forum without success - can find the basics, but not the answer to this more complicated issue:

I'm trying to figure out why - all of a sudden - my home page is to the left, instead of centered in the screen after publishing. I have the 'centered' box ticked - all the other pages are centered as they should be. Only the index page is not centered, and after working fine all along, until now. Any ideas?

well i'm still new at this myself but in the source of the other pages to your home the width is different.. home is 2262 and the other is 900.

Bingo! Thanks! I have no idea how it changed - but it did, and that was the problem - Thanks much! Amazing what another pair of eyes can do when you're stuck....

hehe yea :D i just went to go test it out in my WIP set and when i set the width to 2200+ it went to the left :) glad it fixed it!
