How do I point an already established domian name towards a page I created in BV?

Also, when naming your pages, If I'm not mistaken, the first page is always an "index" page. I've created another "info capture" page for a different project, I tried naming that as an index page but it wouldn't work since I've got another (first page) identified as index. Would it be index1?

You can name the other page as anything you want. You can also name it index1.

The best way is to create different folders for your different operations or activity or products.

Where you index is your www.domainname.com/,

Your folder will be thus: www.yourname.com/folder-a and

your index1 file will have the following url: www.yourdomainname.com/folder-a/index1.html

As you can see they both have a different url and will not conflict.
