Thread: Help Please

Hi I have just updated my version of Blue Voda to 10.12 and now when I go to publish my page it comes up with an error 12014 the request to connect and log on to the ftp server could not be completed because the supplied password is incorrect.

I have not changed the password or anything and was automatically saved and working fine yesterday.

Be sure the IP address is the one it's supposed to be.

is the server IP address the same as my IP adress because it is not showing up on all of the options.
