Thread: BV software running slow - performance issue?

Hello everyone,

I just moved a file from my laptop running XP to another laptop running Vista. The file is timing out for 5 to 15 seconds when I scroll or click on a text bar or an image.

The file is the same as it was on my XP. Any ideas as to what may be causing this version of BV to move so slowly? I have no other problems with software on this lap top.

Help!?!

How are you transferring? Its more likely a computer issue or a firewall issue than a bv issue.

I emailed the bv file between computers. Do you know a way to run a check of the bv software?
