Thread: Web Form Problem, Please help

I am trying to use the form wizard for my email form on my site. I have everything setup and it works fine except for sending a file. When the form is filled out I am able to hit browse and pick a file to send. Everything acts as if it works but when I get the email I get all the information with no attachments. What am I doing wrong??

For encoding type: I have, multipart/form-data selected as the tutorial said to do.

I could really use some help here and thank you in advance.

Also, when I get the date in my email I get editbox1, or textbox instead of what the box is named. How can I change this to what the field is named?
