Please review my index page at 14ketc.com and let me know what I need. I am not sure if I should ask in this forum and will look for another, but, when I click on page html I put in key words, etc. Then there is a section that has the following start of page between head tag inside body tag beginning of body end of body end of page.

I assume this is where html goes but I do not know html. If it is, where do I get the html for this section.

Maybe the generals would have a better say,

but I would make contact in forms
and have the "standard" format like

customer's Name:
email
and comments

and I would make it a separate page.
