You import a webpage yes .. but keep in mind you may lose some elements and have to redo them. Sometimes its easier to just redesign them in bv.

they have a html box on the left side. open the box, insert your html code and there you go. if you want to insert into the page then go to page properties and you will see the html option. make sure you insert the html code in the correct place by using the tabs at the top
