    Default Page looks different?

    Hi
I posted this yesterday but no response - think I had it on the wrong place in the forum so hence the repost!

Please can someone help! Why would pages differ (text wraps etc) when opened on a different computer? On my screen and a number of others, everything is 100% but on 4 different computers the text wraps over in certain places - how can I correct this?

Screen resolution and non friendly fonts will do this. If they have a higher or lower resolution it makes things bigger or smaller than yours. Also if they dont have a certain font installed on their computer it spaces the text differently. Different browsers also render things differently.

Best you can do is work for a happy medium.

Im guessing that no neither are.. dependin on how new the computer is. I think both of those became standard in vista, but not sure.

I have used Calibri and it appears ok and most browsers, not sure about Brush Script MT.

one way to use "unusual" fonts is to save the text as image.....but remember that editing can then only be done as an image. (works for me)
Never measure the height of the mountain you're climbing. At the summit, look back and see how small it really is!

"Lady Eye's" 10 “Must Knows” for Using the Blue Voda Website Builder mentions fonts
    text below from here guide

Use web friendly fonts – you can see these fonts by following this link.
http://www.ampsoft.net/webdesign-l/WindowsMacFonts.html The reason for this is because all
surfers may not have all fonts. If you use a font that a surfer does not have, they will view your
page with their computers default font, and this may alter your page and will be seen as
unfriendly, let alone a disaster zone.
