A customer/friend recently signed up with BV. Unfortunately, she did not enter the coupon code and paid for a domain name also. Can she get a refund for the $19.95? I believe I was listed as the Admin contact but have not received a welcome page yet. How long should this take. She signed up Sunday evening. The domain name is artelicious.com Thanks
