    Default Editing website width?

Hi everyone, I know this can be done in CSS, because I've seen websites that can do this, but in BlueVoda, is there any way I'm able to set the width of the website to 100% so that it stretches to fit all visitors' monitors? Here is an example if you're confused, certain elements on the website stretch to make the website fit all monitors, no matter what the size.

Those are called dynamic websites (this forum is one). BV is not capable of doing that. Most here would recommend a width of about 970px or less to be seen without side-to-side scrolling on most monitors.
