Top tool bar

How come I can't get my TOP TOOL BAR restored. The one that has the text...insert, help, etc. in text form. I have tried the right click thing and much more.
I will not use the program/system until I can get the bar back. If it's an error on my part then it should be fixable. If it's an error on the program part, I won't trust the program.

If you are talking about BV Menu Bar, and if you don't see it, then

on the right of the Table icon, click on the down arrow.

Click Show/Hide Panel...
Click Menu Bar

Talking about the text bar on the very top....it's in text showing...
insert, help, etc....I got it working by draging it from the lower left corner.
