Thread: Adding a splash page before index.html page?

I am trying to add a marquee on a page before my website for a temporary time just to come on for 10or 15 seconds and then go right to my normal startup page? Any Ideas??

if you click on my link after it scrolls once or say even twice then I want the page to go back to my normal index.html page! So wait for page to scroll and auto goto my normal website first page that is usually called index!

Rename your normal index page as something different temporarily .. Users will have to click on something to enter into this next page .. a link .. a click here .. enter here .. an image .. whatever you prefer ..

If you apply a redirect it will automatically go and no one will see the marquee page .. ..

Once you have finished with this splash page and want things to go back to normal, just rename and republish your normal index page as index again ..
