Thread: Error 12031 and FTP manager problems

I am new to BlueVoda and purchased the program a week ago. I have not yet been able to publish any of my websites pages because of the error 12031 connection timeout. This is very frustrating. I am wondering if many other people have this same problem? I have tried the registry edit thing but to no avail. I have also deleted and reinstalled bluevoda twice but to no avail. I am considering asking for a refund on my years subscription. I also cannot seem to connect to the FTP manager. There is no error but after I type in my login information and press enter it still says "Not Connected." Please Help!!!!!

Worth making sure you have added BV to to computers security. IE: Norton.
I am also assuming you have the correct IP & password set in the publishing area.
