Thread: May not belong on BV website

Hello,
I am working another website ( www.artelicious.com )that is on a different server than my "home base" with BV. My OsC store works great on my home site but I get an error message when trying to access the "managed" store. I have asked for help on the OsC website but I am not literate enough to complete the task.
I guess I am wondering why the store works perfectly on one server but can't access on another.
Here's my error message:
Server Requirement Error: register_globals is disabled in your PHP configuration. This can be enabled in your php.ini configuration file or in the .htaccess file in your catalog directory.
I can't find my php.ini file in the store directory and I don't see where I can enable it in the .htaccess file.

We can fix this for you. We need to apply a patch. Please submit a tech
support ticket mentioning the above and tell them Brad said to apply the
patch.

Thanks Brad, I have been struggling with this for a few days. I try to find a solution before bugging folks on the forum.
