I emailed the Support Desk at 8.55 am (GMT) last Friday - I got an answer back at 9.15 am. A very very big thank you to George - you gave me some great ideas, and I am now busy redesigning all the navigation throughout the site. I was amazed by the speed of the reply, and the help. 20 mins for a non urgent query is amazing. Vodahost rocks!
