Thread: Backup Issues

Someone has hacked into my site, www.healthybankaccount.com and I've been instructed to back up my files and then restore them and then republish everything. I have watched the tutorials but i am still at a loss. I need to be walked through this process. Can someone please help? I would love to give my number out to anyone that can help me
