why does Google preffer text menus on pages than other type of menus...as it recommends on the text menu tutorials?

......because they can READ it. You will notice with lots of sites where they use flash menus, have text links at the foot of the page to overcome this.

so the fixed and drop menus that BV offers, are they consired flash menus?
