Thread: Different First Page??

Can someone tell me why some sites have a first page, maybe their index page thats empty then from there it goes to their Home page. Is this something to consider for Pjmotorsports.com? Is this a security thing?
Then some of them have a code entery box. Thank you for your Help.

You mean like a flash intro which then takes visitors to your home page? If you mean this, then seriously don't even consider it, unless you're happy for the search engines to have the most difficult time in finding you.

Flash intros are pointless, off-putting to most visitors as well as search engines.
