Thread: Help! My page keeps getting an error!

Hi,

I have been trying to publish my home page, www.livewtl.com for the last three hours! Every time that I try to publish, a box comes up saying,

"Internet Exception Error 12031
Details: The connection with the server has been reset"

What does this mean?! I tried changing my cPanel password, and this did nothing, even when I tried changing it on there. Also, I checked to make sure it was the right IP and everything. How do I fix this?!

Please answer ASAP!

btw you have some side-scroll & a big white space on the right side of the page.....check your page width

It came up fine for me too I am using Firefox. I think (as I know nearly nothing lol) that you may need to centre your page vertically and horizontaly by right clicking on the page in BV,
then page properties
then on the centre page tab make sure centre page horizontaly and verticaly are selected.
If that is wrong I am sure someone will let you know
Maybe your error message is your end? Sometimes that can happen but like I said I know nearly nothing lol.

Oh, sorry, I wasn't clear. The page is already published, and has been for a year. I was trying to UPDATE the page, and now it won't publish. Any tips?

I had a similar problem some time ago, I found the problem to be with my firewall, I checked my settings and found on the exceptions that bluevoda wasn't ticked, as soon as I changed this it published

Maybe when you publish you need to "publish all files" this time instead of "changed files only"?

Are the urls for your domain, VodaHost, BlueVoda included in your Anti-Virus approved list?
