I have attached 2 pdf files and uploaded no problem but when I open them on the web, they are small, you can resize but how do I get them to open in normal view?

You can only do it during page setup in the program you are using before writing to PDF.
You can setup at what ever % you want.
The 10% standard is normal for faster loading.

Hey, I just installed Firefox's latest update and now it's the same for me. The window is so tiny I think many people wouldn't even notice it. I'll spend some time looking into this...

You choose "Open link in pop-up window" as usual, then specify a size and position (experiment). This works for Firefox and IE at least.
In other words, I discovered nothing that most of you don't already know! :)
