Thread: unexpected file format-cannot open BV ?

Whilst publishing index.bvp I had a power cut and now I can not open
BV....message is "unexpected file format"
.
Any thing I can do ????????

Re-download and re-install BV

Hi, thanks for the quick reply....
I have re-installed twice and cleared the registry of all BV items
now the message is "failed to open document"
....
What happens now......

Just happened once to me. It was a registry problem. If you have a registry cleaner, make a run.
