Placing the html box on the page with code, will it place it at the same place on the page?

Ok, how do you do that? ANd once it's on the page can I move the text or whatever around like I can with what I make in BV? I mean as I'm building the page can it be moved? Once the page is on the net, is that what you mean about duplicating the page? How? I want to use pull down menu's, but I'm not sure where I want them yet.
