Thread: Images not showing

A week or 2 ago images suddenly stopped appearing.
Upon clicking on the images I received a 403 forbidden and a 404 not found.
These websites have been up for years with no problems.

All images are jpegs (except bv shapes) with short names, no spaces or illegal characters and optimized.
All images appear in CPanel
Have checked on other computers...same result.This appears to be mainly in FF but does happen in IE8 also.

Also in FF 3.6.13 fonts are changes to bold all is ok in IE8.
Pages were designed for FF

An image folder has been added to your server by the looks of it, so the url path is not corect. IE: http://redhawk-archery.com/images/Re...eep-Sights.jpg
You might be able to just move all your images to your public folder, but would be better republishing your pages & seeing if that will do the trick.
Any chance VH have put you on a new server?

No notice of a move not has it been posted on the forum. I published a new index page to usmc-trwdotcom. The page updated including the images according to the alt tags but the actual images do not show.
I will rebublish a new indexpage for the usmc site. It will have a large red X in the upper rh corner.
I am still using BV 10.2 so nothing is supposed to go to an images folder
