Thread: BV question

I designed a page, then went to publish it, only to find out my version of bluevoda was out of date. I installed new version which corrected this, however my webpage will not now display one of my images!!! Not only that, the new version will not highlight the hyperlink button, so i cant join any of my pages together!! Anyone know whats goin on????????

Re-download BV again, just in case it was a bad download. Then you will have to re-insert your images again as the new version of BV place images in there own directory. .

hyperlink button is still not available. I deleted the directory from the cpanel in order to remove the page and tried re publishing it, but i get a error 550 warning now!! Ive messed something up here big time!!! lol

550 is more an email error. What is you site url & are you publishing to a VH server?

550 means you are trying to publish to directory that does not exist. Make sure you are publishing to your public_html

thanks guys, what ive actually done is played around with cpanel and managed to delete the entire file structure!! thats why i think the error came up. its been reset now. as you can guess im new to all this!! appreciate your help. Im currently contrcting a site which i need to constantly alter the content of. Do you have any idea how to do this ( in laymans terms!!) ? once again thanks for your help.
