You have uploaded the "index" page in the BV native format ( .bvp)

Instead, you must Publish the page through BV's Publish button.

BV's native format is not html, BV converts the internal format .bvp to .html when publishing.

The "index" file on the site was .bvp

This indicates that the file had been uploaded and not published.

However I can see that you have now published the page and it displays fine.

Thank you for your time on this matter.

After being left frustrated for most of the day i sent in a support ticket. The Support team went to work and i am up and running. I have no idea what they did or how they did it. But we are up and going here now.

SO to all the silent warriors of Voda Host Support i thank you for the quick service, the polite and professional manner in witch you handled this problem. thank you for support and efforts i greatly appreciate it.
